How To:
Make A 400x135 Canvas
Place Your Render
Duplicate 5 Times(ctrl+j)
Move The Layers Till It Covers The Canvas
Merge The Layers Together Leaving The Original Render On it Own (shift+click then ctrl+e)
Use The Smudge Tool And Smudge Real Good
Now Add Your Flares
Mess About Till You Get The Correct Look
Now Add Text (BEBAS, softlight)
Now Change The Curves To How You Like It
And The Same With The Hue/Sturation
DONE
