It's basically the same as v5.0's tutorial but without the dlc.rpf's and a few more .imgs. Yes you will of course need GTA IV.iso to hotswap as EFLC is a different game.

If you try looking it's easy to find either on piratebay.org or thetechgame.org

Sorry about that, I don't come here as much as 7s (have been busy so haven't been on any sites lately) no you need a GTA IV .iso

It seems most of the stuff we post on 7s is stolen and posted here by members anyways as with other random sites. So watermarking releases is a good idea depending on the sites that a release is posted on.
