The information was emailed to thisisxbox site, it states that hackers and modders have managed to de-ban their accounts after discovering how the Xbox Live Enforcement Team caused the banishment of Xbox Live accounts.

It is simply a file contained in the data profile Xbox LIVE. A tutorial has been released few days ago by a user named RuneRaven on how to remove the file and de-ban the account. It is of course understood that the site members modding fight to maintain such information on this subject to ensure that microsoft know a bit more and thus deprive Microsoft to issue a patch to correct the problem.
