Also FaMeKiNGx YOU are NOBODY! you don't even have an Avatar, you have no right to Verify anything not even your own measly existence.

My Advice everyone is READ the top of the MW2 10th lobby section, the staff do thier best to help out, and if you follow thier guidelines, you shouldn't lose anymore money than you already have.

Stick with the sticky section.
Also IF you want in a lobby, then DON'T send payment until the sticky'd HOST is ready to bring you in, otherwise you will be waiting DAYS sometimes.
So in Short! try to talk to the HOST, not his friend, or his brother or his nan, THE HOST. and discuss with he/she about when to pay. NEVER SEND ANY PAYMENTS as a GIFT, you get charged regardless of sending it as a service or a gift. i,e

GIFT = YOU CAN GET SCAMMED AND CAN'T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

SERVICE = YOU MAY GET SCAMMED EVEN IF YOU ARE INDEED THE HOST, BUT!! YOU CAN OPEN UP A CLAIM AND PUT YOUR STORY ACROSS AND MAYBE GET YOUR MONEY!

Don't trust these non-stickies.
