Sorry, but you didn't follow the rules. This is not a new idea, you didn't name it yourself, and you took it from another game. please reconsider using actual features to make your own gun. (No that does not mean you can just call it the Scar I [I comes after H])

However, you could take this idea and turn it into a better one, say, a distraction sidearm to launch balloons to distract enemies, or hold explosives. Please reconsider and post again!
