I guess you posted rate for honest opinions so heres mine but dont take it the wrong way.
The whole layout looks like it has been rushed and nothing flows. Everything looks like it has just been put anywhere to fill a space. Have a look at other peoples work and notice how everything seems to have a reason for being there and not just filling a space. Keep practacing and you WILL get better.
Have a look at this colour chart(not mine googled it) and try and use colours that complement each other. So if you wanted to use say blue for text look at the chart and choose a colour that is on the direct opposite for a colour to go with it
