Problem with XeXMenu

everytime i try to run xexmenu i get a black screen that says "Something went wrong, some data is missing...please fix..." i have tryed running it from a dvd and from the HDD and the same thing happends. But if i remove the HDD and run xexmenu from a dvd it works just fine.
Please help

burn it with a diffrent XeX Menu and make sure its up 2 date and burn it with a DVD

like stated above make sure you have an up to date copy and then delete the xex menu files from your HDD then run the new one from a dvd( copy to HDD if you wish)
