I doubt any admin has the time of day to go through every single thread to verify which lobbies are fake or not. I think there should just be a warning of some sort, like a pop up that notifies whoever is posting in the thread that the "modder/J tagger" is a newbie, and has not been sticked, confirmed by a decent user, etc.
