2 care package glitch?

i was messing round trying to do the zombie walk where you get a valkarie rocket and then motion sensor and you get valkarie rocket out press up, up and then right shortly after.
But i pressed right, up, up, right as fast as i could and then i had a carepackage marker out. i then threw it got a care package... then i had another care package.
the first care package i threw did replace the valkarie rockets but im jsut wondering if it could be worked on as maybe a new care package glitch
