I made a few avatars with Xara3D and uploaded it with tinypic, and the quality is shit. how can i upload it with great quality?

The file you get from your tool thingy, is that in good quality?
I dont understand your question? The image is very sharp and quality on program is amazing. its just that when i upload it, the image gets fuzzy

if you using photoshop go to File-->Save For Web And Devices
and choose PNG-8 or PNG-24

It never looks "amazing" if you saved it as a GIF... dunno if that helped
