I am on hold waiting to talk to them, when I get hold of them I will post here some answers.

Phone Call Number one: What They Told me: Ok I have just got of the phone and they say its now only affecting people with Sky Network.

They also said if your with Sky wait about 3hours [MAX] and if it still doesn't work I will need to phone them back.

Phone Call Number 2: What They Told me: They no long have a actual time it will be resolved but they are working with Sky right now to get it working ASAP.
