Well my jtag had rrod problems so I got tired of dealing with it, so this is what it looks like now.

Haha may look bad but it works.
(i have a special edition halo case but it gets to hot in it)

I hope you move it off the carpet before playing!!. I see its a xenon why not get it reballed? also look into fan shroud mods or replacing the gpu heatsink with the newer version or the big silver Cpu heatsink from a newer console, But this will require cutting a section from the fan shroud, and using duck tape to seal it back up.cd drive won't fit if you use the cpu heatsink method but just fix it to the top of the case or extend the sata and power conections through the small space in front of the xbox hdd

LOL ! You should turn the fan to where the front is UP! If the front is down,it is blowing air into it, not sucking hot air out. That may of sounded bout retarded but.... yea 8)

hahaha, it works how it is. the stock fans on this is shit, and i got pissed and took it apart. imnot looking to put more $ into i just want to play it for an hr w/o rrod, but thanks positive criticism
