Urban sniping class maybe set it to burst fire? Then you would get a 2 or 1 shot kill with the M21
M21 EBR Acog
USP 45. Akimbo (or extended mags thats probably the best choice)

Scavenger
Stopping Power/ Cold Blooded
Commando/ Ninja/ or Steady Aim

Use as assault rifle and the USPs akimbo knife really fast

I don't get why people are saying automatic weapons in this thread when he has a modded controller but here

FAL silencer and FMJ
M9 silencer extended mags
Akimbo would work here as well change with the silencer if have dual triggers modded.
