Instead of the UK spending over a million pounds on airstrikes and St00f why don't they just:

Use that money to pay for one of these top class Assassin/Hitmen people to fly to Libya and put a bullet between his eyes?

And if your wondering yes there most likely is Hitmen associated with the government.

Scotland + England + Wales + N Ireland = Uk
