Just download Notepad++ and then use the Hex Editor plug-in.

For one look at all these people saying "it doesn't work" and shit and only the creator of this tut can say it works
if it works so well then show some dam proof with a video tut on how to do this other than that i'm going to have to ask you **** off

I use the jtag method but I am not being selfish
I just don't want WaW to be full of people doing this as it will more likely be patched...
