Plain and simple. I've tried it all different ways. There is no getting around it. Netspend requires your social security number to verify your age before they allow ANY transaction to come through. The prepaid cards used to work. I haven't found any that do anymore. Paypal is not stupid. Stop posting sh!t that you all claim helpful but does not work! At least when I post useless topics, I admit they are useless. You on the other hand want rep and credit for a good post.... that doesn't work. Way to Go TTG
