i have gta 4 for the pc and mods are installed.i tried going online and it says to restore all files.is there a tool to bypass that or anything? i know that xliveless keeps you from going online but is there anything of the opposite?

you cannot mod gta 4 without flashing, hotswapping, or having a Jtag
