i have this virus and its blocking task manager and wont let me go to regedit or my computer it blockes them what should i do

There are a couple of options.
A: System restore ASAP!
B: Go into safe mode and run anti virus.
C: Reformat your computer.
Options A and B are the easiest and most reliable.

how do i system restore and what anti virus do i use
Depends on what operating system you are on.
& I would recommend AVG anti virus or microsoft security essentials, both are free and good.
