most likely the blue screen of death or something it HAS happened to me but i just waited for it to upload my files or just press f11 or something when it starts up
if any of above do not work try take the battery out, failing that contact local computer store

I would suggest you try getting rid of some viruses! Here is one suggestion how!
1. Boot up computer
2. Smash the F8 key over and over until it bring you to a menu where it asks you to choose your boot mode.
3. Go into safe mode WITH NETWORKING!
4. Run a virus scan with your current anti - virus
5. Also try doing a scan with a program called Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
6. Your should be good to go!
