Some people have been banned from being 10th Prestige. There is a very slim chance that you will be banned.

Usually people get suspended.

Don't flash the spinning emblem to people, and no you have about a 16% chance of being banned, you see "The Pro" in your game, GET THE HELL OUT LOL!
