My guess is that it is not possible to replicate that on a personal level due to the fact it looks vacumm formed

but you could give it a try using some some plastic/acrylic or your choice and but it in the oven/heat gun till its soft and shape it too your liking and leave to harden but it will be very labour intensive try to get the same quality as a vacuum formed case.



SO MY OPNION JUST BUY A CASE LIKE THAT CAUSE IT WILL BE DIFFUCLT AND NOT REALLY COST EFFECTIVE TO MAKE IT YOURSELF

i have seen this elsewhere its panels made from liquid plastic polyflo 60
then stuck to it you can see on the top left its not quit to the shell...looks good tho!
