well I restated my laptop and AVG said I wasn't Protected coz identity protector was disabled for some reason so I enabled it and done a "whole computer scan so I will see what happens"
plus their was a .exe running where the sound icon is

yeah i had that on a customers laptop everyime you close it it just pops up just close the task through task bar and end the process and reboot your computer in safe mode then download malaywere bites and run that.
