I've seen a lot of people asking in the past week so i made this, here ya go, hope it helps



How TO Make It Flash

colinwCFC wrote hey sketch, i was wondering if u could make a tut on how to make flashing avatars on photoshop. thanks to your original tut on how to make animated avatars i have been making them all day, and playing around with settings but i just cannot make it flash
