plz anyone here know why it says "there should be 999 minutes of wait time before rating again" wtf people, i mean i only rated this other guys profile once! and plz im new so im also introducing myself plz give rep:lol:

it was a problem with the rep system due to abusers
should be fixed now

Almost Basically like Spamming rep like, Get rep send it to friend, get more rep resend right away...Well basically thats the way i understood it
