i put the patched default_mp.xex .i need help where to put the title update. i tried cache, mw2 folder, 0000000000000000 folder, all i get is game couldnt start. please help!

You don't need a TU if you have a patched default_mp.xex. If the game won't start, it's most likely the ISO. Re-rip the game with a cleaner disc or just rent the game.
