I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING NOW TO MOD MY GT BUT IT WONT LET ME DO THE FINAL STEP OF DROPPIN THE MODDED GT FOLDER BACK INTO XPORT X360, SOMEONE HELP!

Disable UAC. Google it or look for yourself forgot where it is

I had this problem, as said above, just turn UAC off and you'll be fine. If you have windows 7 then just search UAC and drag the bar all the way down, not sure how to do it on XP or vista though sorry. 8)

go to control panel
got to user accounts
the turn of user account control then it will work ;)
