Programm is not mine, it was posted by Slashr on Se7en Sins Forums. But there is no tutorial and this tool doesn't have GUI, so most users who didn't work with command line may have some troubles.

You can download it here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Run command line, drag and drop .EXE. Now just type path to your Xbox 360 Data folder on USB Drive (i.e. D:Xbox360). It should show you Folder Tree (if there are more then 2 folders).

You can open folder by typing "cd #" without quotes where # stands for folder number in folder tree. Then in that folder you can open other folders and export or inject files.

To export file or folder type "e" and press Enter, now you have to choose wich folder/file you want to import to your PC, type number of it shown in the list. Then type destination (it can be anything, I just typed "test1" when exporting folder), it will save in the directiry from wich you run the tool.

If you choose to export folder (i.e. folder containing your profile) don't worry if tool will show "The file is 0 bytes long", it don't count files inside folder.

Here is screenshot what I did (I run this tool on my Mac via Mono, so I had to type path to my USB Stick in Unix format):

Notes from author of tool:

USAGE NOTES:
1. It asks for a path, if your usb drive is F:, then this path is F:Xbox360
2. If it loads and lists the root directory, browse around:
Type "cd 0" (no quotes) to enter the directory with 0 in front(example: 0. {Dir}Content)
Type "cd .." to go back a directory
3. To Extract, type "e" then when it asks, type the corresponding #, and after that, when it asks, a filepath
4. Should not need admin privilages
5. To inject, type "i", then enter, and feed it a full filepath of the file to inject(no quotes on filepath)

P.S.
Sorry for my bad english, I'm not native speaker.

From what i've done, and I have tried many, many times, the data it extracts just won't open in anything. Now, this either means MS have changed their file system, or, the program is just crap and doesn't work.
