I Just got -13 on a topic from a guy named -Amazinq- and the forum was the OFF TOPIC general disscusion and my topic was who is a better singer justin beaver or rebecca black and he said the,"Lol. neg rep just cause I can. and main reason is this topic is stupid" so i want to know can he do this because i find this unfair
