i had a credit card on my xbox account and its saying its not valid anymore even though it is and its saying my account is being suspended until i update my payment info and i went on xbox website and it says i cant remove it only update it even though there is nothing to update it keeps rejecting it and on my account i cant see any friends on my list or play on xbox live ...anyway so ibought a 3month card and i want to know if i redeem the code will it accept it and ill be able to go online or will it just take the code and not let me online bear in mind that my account is now suspended due to my payment options and i cannot remove my credit card off of it so will this code work or just steel it and not let me online ?

Just go in and add a new credit card bro, with correct payment info

You have to add a new credit card too it, OR just phone up Microsoft, you can only remove your credit card bye speaking to them now, It stupid.

Im having the EXACT same trouble your having withyour account, and u cant fix it by doing that^^^^^(2 posts above) you have to ring xbox and get the credit card your auto renewal was on off the console. If u do ring them and it works then please tell me as i havent tried ringing them yet but have been told that is the solution

Im just going to use another card to pay the bill and then remove the card and just use prepaid cards im never putting any details on my xbox again just causes trouble
