No. Jtags haven't been patched. You just can't go online with them.
To be honest a jtag can do far more than a 10th prestige lobby.

Theu have not patched the Jtag. DO NOT UPDATE YOUR CONSOLE WITH A LEGIT SYSTEM UPDATE FROM MICROSOFT! IT WILL PATCH AUTOMATICALLY YOUR JTAG!

You have to simulate the new update.
