BUT If your With a parent or your parents or guardian Then you can have something like HALF a Pint of beer or a pint im not too sure as long as you have a meal before the drink at the age of 16 or its 17 im not sure again but ino u can before your 18 with your parents and with a meal.

im pretty sure everywhere in the US its 21 to drink and 18 to buy cigs in germany they dont give a they let 10 year olds drink wine with their dinner

The age at which people are legally allowed to purchase alcohol is 18 in most circumstances. If an adult buys alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 in a pub or from an off-licence, he can be prosecuted along with the vendor.
