so i wanna know if i can eat a quesidilla (tortilla with cheese) or how bout chicken

Yes, you can eat chicken but not in bulk, you can have the tortillas as a treat after a meal. Only a short amount though.

Dude, your allowed to have whatever you want as long as it's not alot of it and you only have it as a small treat. Trust me i do bodybuilding.

It depends on the diet you're on, and what's in the quesadilla in question. A simple cheese quesadilla, though simple, can vary greatly in ingredients from company to company

Mea is generally bad for you... It's source of protein is the only positive thing about it...
And this whole topic is stupid... What type of diet are you on? Trying to lose weight or something... Here's a hint: go excersize or something... Sitting on the computer deciding what you should eat or not isn't going to help you lose weight!

No breaded chicken. Tortilla isn't the best for you but if you have been dieting for a while it is fine. Don't make it a habit though.

you should have GRILLED chicken. Not breaded, quesadillas are pure carbs. Just because you are on a diet, you don't have to eat less, you just have to be smart about what you eat.
