How to Get a few free things from Microsoft
Transfer Cable
Step 1: Call 1-800-4my-xbox
Step 2: Get to a sales rep
Step 3: When you get to the person you tell them that you are having problems with your Transfer cable. You say that when you plug your hard drive in your computer does not recognize that it there
Step 4: Go through what the guy says and hopefully he will say is where did you get it from (IMPORTANT- SAY IT WAS A Gift). Then he will ask do you know who gave it to you where they got it from say that they got it from Microsoft's website
Step 5: He should ask was there a cd that came with your kit you say no (if he doesnt try to get him to ask that or say "maybe did i not get something" ask him to tell you what should be in there)
Step 6: He should ask you how long ago you got it say a few days (no more than 40 or it wont be under warranty)
Step 7: Hopefully if you were nice he will give you 1 he should put you on hold for a minute then come back and say there going to send you one
Your Done you just got a free Transfer Cable
MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE NICE IT WILL MAKE THE GUY WANT TO GIVE YOU ONE MORE AND MAKE SURE YOU DONT ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT
120gb hard drive
Step 1: Call 1-800-4my-xbox
Step 2: Get to a sales rep
Step 3: When you get to the person you tell them that you are having problems with your 120gb hard drive say, "your xbox doesn't detect it and when you go into system settings then memory it say NO DEVICE DETECTED"
Step 4: Say you just got a few days ago (ago know more than 40 or it wont be under warranty)
Step 5: Pretend to go through the troubleshooting steps and then in the end hopefully they will say they are sending a replacement
IMPORTANT- if they ask you to send it in that you dont want to you still have thing on it that you can transfer over to the other (using your transfer cable that you got for free Hopefully he will say okay and then send it to you
This can work for anything they sell just find a problem say its under warranty (40 days)
and remember BE POLITE

Hmm...I wouldn't consider this illegal, but tricking sales representatives just is not right.....

Its not illegal and you dont have to do im just trying to help people out that dont have a credit card like me
