i would invent a perk called ---- electric charge ---- this perk would allow you to shot electric shots from your gun but it takes 5 kills to activate for 5 minutes

My perk would be

No spread: Brings your cross hairs together used by holding down the left analog stick, only for a short period of time though.

No spread Pro: Hold the cross hairs together for a longer period of time.
