Ok i have did all of the stuff i was suppose to do like patch the game replace the files all that and i'm using image burn to burn my disc. I am using Memorex Dual Layer 8.5GB 8x DVD+R disc.
And i already burned about 3 of them and they all get the same problem. My xbox360 is the new xbox360 slim and of course i have opened it but when its installing my modded iso it will get to 49% and then get disk is unreadable error and i don't know what to do please help.

I didn't think you could ISO mod with a slim.

Yes you can i have looked at many tuts on how to do it but remember i am hot swapping and when my modded disc gets around 49% i get disc is unreadable WTF
