1) Anyone can do this with a usb drive, all you need is xtaf or usb explorer and the gpd or level 100 profile
2) It's been posted a zillion times before
3) Anyone can also de-rank themselves with an iso mod (also been posted a zillion times b4)

It's funny too the original poster was bustings someone's balls for "someone trying to get their post count up" when he posted this originally he had 5 posts and zero rep. And I quote...

Said it once, I'll say it again this will never be stickied, from when you had 5 posts and 0 rep back in january til now.

Here are the steps to do it yourself... also if you want to derank yourself just look up modding gears 2 with lefluffie, also very easy...

step 1 - put your profile on your usb stick
step 2 - open modio
step 3 - click the big M then hit explore my device
step 4 - drag your profile onto the desktop
step 5 - then drag your profile into modio
step 6 - hit the contents tab
step 7 - find the GoW2 .gpd (4D53082D)
step 8 - right click that gpd then hit replace
step 9 - replace it with the modded gpd
step 10 - once you've done that rehash and resign the profile
step 11 - drag the profile on the desktop back to your usb and overwrite the existing one
step 12 - eject your usb drive then plug into xbox
step 13 - start up gears of war 2
step 14 - play 1 wave of custom xbox live hoard match
there your all done your level 100 will stick in multiplayer
