there sending a UPS man :|

Okay heres my plan for when they say they send a UPS person.

Microsoft will ask for your email address when your on the phone give them your REAL INFO

Next they will say that a UPS man will come within 3-4 Working Days

If you are not in they will Phone You

DONT AWNSER THE DOOR OR IF THEY CALL HANG UP

I got microsoft to send me a message to confirm the transaction

After you dont awnser the door or phone they will post a bag for you to send it off.

Wait a few days and tell ring microsoft again to see wether they had recieved your 60GB HDD they will say no

You say that you have sent it and you have the reciept of transaction from MS and tell them that

Then they should say they will send you the 60GB HDD

I didd'nt try it with a 60gb hdd but i tried getting a transfer cable i said ' I got a new hdd and the transfer cable didd'nt come with it'

I tried this as my freind from school did it and it diddnt work

But hopfully you will be more succsesfull

Ehh hope so as i only have a 20gb
