because ur not using a credit card or banking account so they dont need to verify it if you have a green dot because if you have a credit card maybe your parents dont want you going around without them knowing and spending a ton of money but with green dot you get a certain amount to spendso u cant go and blow a ton of money

ya if you have a green dot card you dont have to get it verified and you cant send money and reiceive it

go to your paypal account and i think go to add funds and it will give you that option and i cant get you one because i am a couple miles away from cvs and and its 9 oclock and my mom wont bring me sorry

edit: the place u type in the code- go to your paypal account and go to add funds,,, then choose the money pack green dot selection and scratch off the cod on the back of the card and then type in the code... thumbs up if you can thanks....
