It takes 22 hours to prestige if your good.
I was prestige 3 the first week the game came out.
although I was already a 53 when the game was released >: D

i hacked to 10th but idc what anyone says i have all challanges, titles emblems spinning 10th FULLY unlocked and im happy

It's a game so I mean I don't know why you are so affected, about what people think. When a level 14's calling you a hackzor, or a booster, get the drift ? They're jealous. If they had the chance to get into a lobby, they would take it. They are always people who have hatred/jealously towards you. Nuff said.
