If i make a 3d text logo and i want to make it my GB's team logo how do i save it?

Go to render settings
Then output 300x200 JPG
Then render it out, Save
Done 8)

I tried that and it wont upload to gb or photobucket. Photobucket says it is a vid when i save as a jpeg?
