My PC which is on Windows Vista with 2 GB of Ram with like a Intel Celron D processer but its kinda old We got it when Vista first came out... So its loud as Hell! Like it won't stop spinning the Disk ( I think, If its not the disk then its gotta be the fans or something idk) but its loud, im uploading a Video to youtube to hope for support, but I'm gonna use readyBoast so that might help but, I dont know what to do, couldn't find any support on Google also its a Compaq idk if that helps... I even thought it was the OS so I installed Ubuntu 10.10 and still is loud... Will post the video when its done
I'll give you rep if you help me~ !

The problem is with your parts, i'm guessing you have a 2 GHZ cpu or low, which is not good at all, that 2 gigs if ram is not helping.
Try getting more ram or a better cpu, if it gets to bad you may have to downgrade to xp.
