I forgot the password to the administrator account. So when i boot up the laptop, I have to log into an account, and there's only one to choose. Which is the administrator account which i don't know the password to. I don't have a reset disk or anything.
I wanna know if there's someway to reset the password or find it. Like can I download some kind of software to reset it or something? Or can I reset the computer to it's original settings like it's new?
It's a Windows Home Premium btw.

You are lucky, you can reset it, when your system boots up press F2, this will take you into your system bios, when in there run it in safe mod and restore you computer to factory settings, this will clear EVERYTHING off of your computer including the password to the account, the only downside is that you'll have to download everything again.

no there is a way to do it, you donwload a file on the internet and burn it to a dvd and boot your computer to the disc, when you boot it to that by pressing F12 select the disc drive, select the administrators account and remove password, shut down pc and restart, click on your account and wallaahhhh!
