ok well heres how its done my fellow ttg members heres what you need

Gun: Any
Perk 1: Any
Perk 2: Any
Perk 3: Any
Equipment: Tactical Insertion
Special Grenade: Any

Kill Streak 1: UAV
Kill Streak 2: Care Package
Kill Streak 3: Any

Step 1: Get your UAV and Care package kill streak
Step 2: Get something you can climb over just like the old glitch
Step 3: Have you Care package in hand and the object you are climbing over
Step 4: Activate your Care package but don't throw it
Step 5: Just before you climb over, Press Right Bumper and A at the same time(Activate your Tactical Insertion while your Care Package is active in your hand and climb over the object)
Step 6: If you climbed over and your tactical insertion is in the process of being put down and your character pulls out the care package after you set down the T.I, it should be done.
Step 7: Throw out your Care Package if your character has it.
Step 8: Pick up your Tactical Insertion and wait for you Care Package. (If your UAV shows up after you called in your Care Package, you did it right, other then that it seems like your just going to have to do it again)
Step 9: Call in your UAV and pick up your care Package
Step 10: Call in your Care Package and you should have another to use after that.
