I need help breaking a code. I'm doing a treasure hunt and I can't get past this clue. Can anyone help? Here's the link to the clue:

Things I have noticed are that I believe it is a YouTube video, due to the "Feauturing" section that includes Trogdor(Homestar Runner), David Tooth(David Goes to Dentist), Julian Page(Julian Smith TV), and Charlie Chomp(Charlie Bit Me). That's about as far I've gotten. I know that the 2B is very important also. If you have any ideas of what I could do or if you could figure it out, let me know because I NEED help!

Have you tried Google and search individual bits then adding them together?

Yes I've tried that. I believe it has something to do with the numbers in the release date. I just don't know where to start with solving it. Also, it's called National Treasure so if you see anything like "ntltr" or something that looks ridiculous but could be shorthand for a word, it could be useful.
