Bottom right hand corner of a post is a little green flag.

Click it and a box will pop up, With how much rep you want to give and if you want to +rep (agree) -rep (disagree)

Green Flag> How many rep points you want to give them> Agree or disagree.

Agree = +Rep
Disagree = -Rep

When you get 21 or something you get 1 rep point then you click the little green flag

Theres a green flag by there name then you select the Rep points and your done =)

On someone else's posts, it will have a little green flag. Cluck that and cluck positive or negative points then choose how much points you want to give. But you have to have atleast 1 rep power to give rep
