I Was Looking at getting into Real DJing and taking the next step and buying a Setup soo i can start doing parties.
I wanted to know -
What is the diffrence between a MIDI Controller and a Normal DJ setup which involves the mixer and 2 CD Players on Each side ?
I would appreciate someone that could tell me the diffrence Please

Hey man. I've got a full setup (2 vinyl turntables and mixer) and a midi controller (Numark mixtrack pro)
Basically the difference between the 2 is that the full setup they are all seperare pieces of equipment and you could use the mixer with most equipment like CDJ's etc
However, with a midi controller it is all built into a neat little console. My mixtrack pro is really good. It is basically a full setup squeezed into a smaller, lightweight, compact console which is easy to transport and store.
If you are just starting off then I'd recommend getting a mixtrack pro or something similar to anyone. It's quite cheap, I got mine for 170 GBP.
Btw about your poll. Personally I'd get into dubstep. It's a genre of music which is getting bigger and bigger every day. And it's very diverse in what you can do.
If you have any other questions then send me a PM or something ;)
Btw check out some of my stuff at my youtube: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
or my soundcloud: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Plus with the mixtrack pro you get virtual DJ LE which is a great piece of software. If you want I can send you the link to how I got virtual DJ pro 7 for free ;)
When you have some stuff done send me a PM with a link to it. Maybe we can hook up and do a colab?
