Okay, so I traded 4k MSP for a Paypal account with 86$ on it, It's a limited account because it has no credit card. I tried adding mine and I couldn't because it has his name on it.

How do I add my credit card so I can send the 86$ to my main Paypal?

You go to add verfy paypal......... then you click add a debit or credit card...

Buy a 5$ prepaid mastercard and add it to the account, then send it to your main.

It should work.

both of them are wrong. i had this once. you have to unlimit your account and then add your credit or debit card.

I don't think you can. Maybe a debit card? I would be careful. For all you know, he can get that account back from you and have all of your information.
