Hosting a Call of Duty 4 - Mike Myers

I am sure you know the rules if not here they are:

Old School Team Deathmatch
Mike Myers goes bottom team and chases the others attempting to knife them.
NO GUNS ALOUD

The person who is last alive may knife mike myers. if mike myers is knifed then he is it again.

Players are aloud to glitch but no 2man glitches or getting out the map without being able to get back in.
