Message The Clutch Dove if you want to riot shield boost.
Levels 45 + need 2 classes
Class one:
Primary: Riot Shield
Perk 1: One Man Army
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Steady Aim
Class two:
Primary: L86 LSW or RPD
Perks: Same as above
Levels 44- need one class
Class one:
Primary: Riot shield
Secondary: Spas 12
Perk 1: Scavenger pro
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Steady Aim
Levels 45 + need 2 classes
Class one:
Primary: Riot Shield

Class two:
